I need help.. i wanna play to the game but when i write my user and pass i click to enter and some letter says failed to connect ( C8) ... i need help

I had the same problem.
Try to start silkroad.exe and go to Options and change
the resolution to 1920*1080. It worked for me.

ok ok , where is the option ?? when i'm in the menu of my silkroad.exe??
