so i think the time for 40 reborns cap comming soon ...

and we all know a 35 Rb str char cant realy kill a another 35 rb str char ... never ending pvp ....

so what your ideas to make it better , and to stop the never ending pot fights

just more dmg?
or 15D weapons?
less deffence for everyone?
lower hp?

whats right? write here ur ideas!

idontknow idea:
try to balance it with different vigors for eu and china chars .

simbareloaded idea:
lower hp for str builds or pot delay

Lower HP or pot delay for chin. strs... As an int (35 rb) its impossible to kill a str char <.<

i think pot delay for chin strs is a bad idea , becouse of 0 rb chars with 13d , they gonna down at grinding i think

or pvp without vigors ? tried that already ?you only dont die cuz everybody use vigors and a chn with vigors lol thats to much

u are right , didnt remember this

so maybe stock china vigors with lower % ?

ye eu without vigors is nothing so i think they must think good about it to make the balance the same

i think this needs alot of tests , but the easyest way to do the balance betwen china and eu , but what about int vs str? china nukers are than dead to fast , maybe more deffence for each int point?

that can but ye idk cuz allot is bugged xD you can make that balance good but i still have 3 chars bugged

1 Chn Char = use skills cant move anymore XD
2 Eu Char = Warr that miss some Hp
3 Eu Char = Rogue Phy Pwr is totally wrong
